Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi Christian College
Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi Christian College (JHPCC) is a not-for-profit spiritual and educational division of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi Christian University, Inc (JHPCU), registered in the United Kingdom. It is listed with the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKPRN: 10086370). It shares the same dedicated mission and values as JHPCU:
1.1 To promote and advance education and learning in the fields of theology, religion, philosophy, and sacred music in the United Kingdom, inspired by the spiritual and pedagogical work of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746—1827), the enlightened Swiss educator.
1.2 To create, cultivate and support a dedicated community of scholars who support and share the following spiritual and educational values:
a) respect for the values and teachings of Judeo-Christian heritage;
b) belief in human persons as spiritual beings;
c) belief in the profound dignity and worth of all human persons;
d) belief that beauty, truth, goodness, and justice should be cultivated and promoted in and through
the pursuit of learning;
e) acknowledge that the work of Fr. Pestalozzi, the College’s spiritual and intellectual inspiration, is a positive source of enlightenment that informs the overall ethos of our educational commitments.
1.3 To offer tuition, assessment and diploma awards in the fields of learning supported by the College.
1.4 To cooperate and form collaborations with other educational, vocational, cultural, charitable, or professional bodies, in the United Kingdom, and overseas, that can assist in the College's mission to promote education and learning opportunities compatible with the vision of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi.
1.5 To pursue the educational and learning objectives of the College on a not-for-profit basis. Any income surplus generated over prudent necessary and reasonable expenses will be reinvested in further advancing the educational and learning objectives of the College.
